This is a great little New Seasons. Excellent quality products (although the selection is a little less than the larger New Seasons stores) and really nice employees and a comfortable seating area. A very lovely place to shop.

A bit smaller than other New Seasons I've been to in the area. It is really tight in the aisles, so maybe avoid when super busy. An okay selection of goods. Love that they had multiple Gluten-free desserts. The staff was very polite and offered to help as needed. Much more like a small corner grocer over a major chain.

Small neighborhood New Seasons that still manages to have all the regular departments, just smaller. The produce is always fresh, high quality and gorgeous. You know when it looks this good, it's going to taste fantastic. The flower department out front always catches my eye and I find myself stopping to snap pics before I even enter the store. Ready made bouquets or buy your own stems, either way they are beautiful! The deli and premade food is a great option when you want food that tastes like a homemade meal, but don't feel like cooking. However, you will pay for that service! The food is definitely on the pricy side. I was looking at the meatballs and at $7.99 each, it was a hard pass. Their breakfast rolls, a very hearty grain flour with raisins and nuts, is one of my favorite treats. Toasted and slathered with butter eaten along side a cup of coffee is a great way to start my day. The service is friendly and I appreciate that they now have self checkout. Unlike another Yelper who seems to feel this is contradictory to friendly service, I always like the convenience of self checkout, especially when I'm stopping in for just a few items. The parking lot is small and cramped, so be forewarned. it is what it is. Remember this store is in an established neighborhood where space is not widely available. If I hit the lottery, I'd shop at New Seasons, Zuppans and Providore exclusively. But since I don't have that kind of disposable cash, I come here for very specific items only and do my regular shopping elsewhere.

Really nice local market. Ok, the prices are BONKERS, like $8.99 for an 8oz bag of peanut butter pretzels...WHAT!!! But on the other hand, they do have an excellent selection of anything and everything you might be looking for. The produce section is right inside the front entrance, and there was a big table of fresh local grapes; red, green and black. The grapes were fantastic, probably some of the best grapes i've ever eaten! Prepared food section was also fantastic, lots of fresh grilled meats, salads and vegetarian choices.

I appreciate this store and the fabulous people who work here. I've been shopping here for six years and always enjoy: --the vibrant flowers at the entrance --the beautiful bouquets that have brightened my office, my home or helped me celebrate friends --fresh produce (especially the bountiful kale / carrot / purple cabbage bags --delightful body oils and candles --fresh deli foods --soy curls to help my son through a month long vegan assignment from school --adventurous parking--true for all New Seasons stores; it's grown on my --impeccable service --best coffee grinding section in town --$5 rewards--I work hard for those! Lots to love! Keep it coming!

I've been going to the Sellwood New Seasons for years, ever since they closed the one in John's Landing. What they both have in common, is the funky neighborhood authentic ambiance, with old Sellwood building and layout. This used to be an old Thriftway, another great neighborhood place. So glad that New Seasons moved in here, and kept the interior and exterior charm. The main entrance, locals have to pass through the plants and fresh cut flowers, before moving through the fresh fruit, into the produce department. I love the local produce here. The cozy paths and conscious customers define the space where there is just enough of each fruit or vegetable, whose freshness screams of health. Customers here are so mindful, wearing their masks, and respecting social distancing, as they peer around the end caps of the aisles before deciding on their next destination. The fish and meat counter, is to scale for this shop. Customers stand in line, if need be, in separate aisles in the Vitamins & Supplements, which perfectly lead to the meat, poultry, and fish. Arrows are clearly marked on the floor towards the check out, winding through the fresh baked bread, bakery items, cheese, and fresh packaged food to go. It's so easy to find everything an New Seasons shopper wants, without having to walk a mile to find them. Some of us like quaint small neighborhood grocery stores. If this appeals to you, stop on by and enjoy the experience.
